To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you retain the invoice or proof of purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will inspect the returned product and process a replacement. Once approved, the replacement will be delivered to you within 7–10 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
